Consultancy:
BORN and 3M application specialists provide advice on selecting the right 3M packaging machines and the appropriate adhesive tapes. Development of a machine and product proposal tailored to the individual manufacturing process.

Delivery:
Provision of the products offered following receipt of the customer’s order. Delivery to the various packaging areas within the industrial manufacturing process

Commissioning:
On request, we can provide a complete installation, including the customised configuration of the machines. Professional tailoring to the customer’s requirements in terms of cost-effectiveness, cardboard packaging, cut lengths, fill levels and the use of optimally matched adhesive tapes.

Maintenance:
Repairs, cleaning, replacement and delivery of spare parts by our 3M-trained and authorised service staff. Either on-site at the customer’s premises or in our assembly area in Saarbrücken

Spare parts:
Rapid availability of the required wear parts and spare parts thanks to an extensive stock of genuine 3M spare parts at BORN’s headquarters in Saarbrücken.

Order processing:
The entire range of machines and spare parts is available in the BORN online shop. On request, we can set up individual customer areas with bespoke products and terms and conditions.

Dealer support:
Support for trading partners and packaging dealers. Trustworthy handling of enquiries, with subsequent customer protection to ensure the long-term supply of resellers and wholesalers.
