3M™ Marine Polyurethane-Based Adhesive and Sealant 4200FC, Black, 310 ml
3M™ 4200 FC Marine Polyurethane Sealant is a paste-like product that develops good adhesion to plastics, aluminium, steel, coated metals and wood. The product offers excellent resistance to water and salt spray. With a skin formation time of 60 minutes, 3M 4200 FC is recommended for interior sealing applications and can be painted over once the skin has formed.
3M™ PU Joint Sealant, Beige, 08365
3M™ polyurethane joint sealants consist of a high-strength single-component adhesive sealant and cure in the presence of atmospheric moisture within 24 hours to form a robust, flexible material. (Curing speed depends on bead thickness and ambient conditions.) Temperature-resistant from –40 °C to +90 °C (up to 120 °C for short periods). Ideal for sealing medium-width and wide bodywork joints and weld seams. Also suitable for wood and plastic. Can be applied directly to bare steel; suitable as a weldable sealant. For this, the product must still be moist (within 35 minutes of application). The product must cure before applying water-based base coats (at least 45 minutes).
3M™ Marine Adhesive and Sealant based on silane-modified polymers 4000UV, White, 295 ml
3M™ 4000 UV Marine Hybrid Adhesive and Sealant, with outstanding UV resistance, has a paste-like consistency and delivers excellent sealing performance when bonding plastic panes (PMMA / PC) and sealing deck fittings and hull penetrations. The product’s high flexibility permanently reduces stress, shock, vibration, stretching and shrinkage. 3M 4000 UV, with a skin formation time of 30 minutes, is recommended for seals in outdoor applications above and below the waterline and can also be painted over before skin formation.

3M™ 760 Isocyanate-Free Hybrid Adhesive and Sealant creates permanent, flexible and durable bonds to plastics such as PS and PVC, fibreglass, glass, aluminium, painted metals, concrete and wood. With a skin formation time of 20 minutes, the product allows for thin adhesive layers and offers excellent UV resistance. 3M 760 cures rapidly with atmospheric moisture, develops very good adhesion to most substrates and is suitable for use in, for example, the automotive, marine and air conditioning industries.

With 3M™ Scotch-Seal™ Nitrile Rubber-Based Sealant 800, you can achieve a flexible, rubber-like seal that is resistant to weathering, water, oil and petrol. Our reddish-brown, spreadable sealant is suitable for sealing metal to glass in windows and doors once it has air-dried. It exhibits excellent adhesion to aluminium, cold-rolled and galvanised steel, glass, many plastics and other surfaces. The sealant is also resistant to cleaning agents and soapy solutions and is no longer tacky after five minutes.

Our moisture-curing, single-component, polymer-based MS universal sealant in cartridges can be applied using a 3M™ pneumatic gun or a 3M™ manual gun.
