This results in a reduction of over 48% in CO2 emissions compared to conventional packaging tapes. Despite its reduced thickness, the BSP bionik 119 packaging tape is just as tear-resistant as standard packing tapes. A solvent-free rubber adhesive with high initial tack is used on the tape. The cardboard cores are made from 100% recycled paper.
