With its balanced combination of high tack/initial adhesion and good shear strength at room temperature, 9040 adhesive tape is suitable for a wide variety of surfaces, including low-surface-energy plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene. An industry standard for continuous splicing 3M™ Splicing Tape 906B for on-the-fly roll changes is water-dispersible and, thanks to its high initial tack and excellent shear strength, has long been an industry standard. Our 3 mil (0.075 mm) thick blue tape consists of a lightweight fabric coated on both sides with a high-tack, repulpable adhesive offering high shear strength, and a similarly repulpable, easily removable release liner. Tape with excellent heat resistance up to 204 °C. Recommended applications: • On-the-fly roll change on an offline coating machine • Splicing tape on an automatic splicing machine Prevents contamination of the base material with non-repulpable splicing material Thanks to the water-dispersible material, there is no need to separate waste from the splices. The adhesive tape is water-dispersible, i.e. soluble in water, and prevents contamination of paper waste with non-repulpable material. It meets or exceeds TAPPI UM-213, Method A, thereby helping to reduce labour costs and increase the value of waste paper. All components of the adhesive and backing material meet the requirements of the regulations on indirect food additives as described in 21 CFR 176.170 and 21 CFR 176.180. This adhesive tape is not recommended for finished roll changes or where bleeding may occur. Das 3M™ Cushion-Mount™ Plus Klischeeklebeband E1720 verwenden Sie für die Montage Ihrer Fotopolymerplatten auf Druckzylindern oder Sleeves. Es wird im Hochgeschwindigkeits-Kombinationsdruck eingesetzt ( erhöhter Anteil an Volltonmotiven). Unsere Easy Mount Schutzfolie erzeugt Mikrokanäle auf beiden Klebstoffseiten.
