Scotch® ATG Transfer-Klebeband 904, Transparent, 12 mm x 44 m, 0.05 mm
Das 3M™ Scotch® ATG Transfer-Klebeband 904 ist ein transparentes, vielseitiges Transfer-Klebeband aus Acrylat-Klebstoff, perfekt zum Kleben von Papier, Karten, Gewebe, Glitter, Pailletten und Karton. Es bietet langlebige Verbindungen und ist ein Muss für alle Schreibwaren- und Bastelanwendungen. Zudem bietet es sofortige Haftung und sorgt für alterungsbeständige Verbindungen mit hoher Scherfestigkeit. Das 3M™ Transfer-Klebeband F9473PC ist ein 269 µm dickes, transparentes VHB™ Transfer-Klebeband, das durch seinen Hochleistungs-Acrylat-Klebstoff dauerhafte Verbindungen ermöglicht. Das 3M Transfer-Klebeband F9473 PC bietet einen klebstofffreien Film ohne Träger, der sowohl für industrielle Innen- als auch Außenanwendungen perfekt geeignet ist. Mit einer kurzfristigen Temperaturbeständigkeit von bis zu 260 °C und einer langfristigen Beständigkeit bis zu 150 °C ist das 3M Transfer-Klebeband F9473 PC ideal für Anwendungen, bei denen Nieten, Punktschweißnähte oder flüssige Klebstoffe ersetzt werden sollen. 3M™ Transfer Adhesive Tape 9472LE, Clear, 686 mm x 55 m, 0.13 mm
The 3M™ 300LSE series transfer tapes, featuring a modified acrylic adhesive, have been specially developed for applications requiring high initial adhesion and long-lasting bonding strength. The 300LSE series is particularly suitable for low-energy surfaces, such as PE/PP and powder-coated finishes. Bonding to oily substrates is also possible. 9474LE and 9495LE feature two adhesive layers of different thicknesses: 0.071 mm on one side and 0.086 mm on the other.

The transparent 3M™ ATG Adhesive Film 924 from the 400 Series ensures high adhesion to most material surfaces, such as metal, paint, most plastic surfaces, paper, cardboard, wood or glass. The 0.05 mm thick adhesive tape, which is temperature-resistant up to +85 °C (briefly up to +120 °C), is characterised by high initial tack and excellent UV resistance. When used with the 3M™ ATG 700 hand dispenser, it is particularly suitable for securing, assembling and mounting promotional materials.
3M™ Transfer Adhesive Tape 9485PC, Clear, 1000 mm x 55 m x 0.13 mm
3M™ 350 Series transfer tapes with high permanent adhesion and excellent shear strength. The 3M™ 350 Series 9485 PC transfer adhesive tape is a film made from a modified acrylic adhesive, which offers excellent adhesion on both low-energy and high-energy surfaces. Due to its relative thickness of 0.135 millimetres, the tape is also suitable for use on slightly uneven or rough substrates. Its good shear strength and resistance to physical and chemical influences make it suitable for use even under difficult environmental conditions. Cooling the aggressive adhesive to between 2 °C and 10 °C significantly improves its workability, for example during die-cutting.

The transparent, adhesive-backed 3M™ 976 film offers very high initial tack. This 0.05 mm thick adhesive film, which is temperature-resistant up to +80°C (and briefly up to +120°C), is characterised by its good adhesion to low-energy substrates (e.g. PE, PP).

The 3M™ 300LSE series transfer tapes, featuring a modified acrylic adhesive, have been specially developed for applications requiring high initial adhesion and long-lasting bonding strength. The 3M™ 220 Series transfer adhesive tapes consist of a pure acrylic adhesive and can be bonded to metal, high-energy paint and plastic surfaces. Where an average performance profile is sufficient, they are used in membrane keyboards and spacer films. The transfer adhesive tapes are temperature-resistant from -40°C to +100°C (up to +130°C for short periods).

3M™ 9628 offers very high initial tack on a wide range of high- and low-energy surfaces. Despite its thin profile, the tape provides excellent peel strength. It is also characterised by low odour, excellent workability and minimal adhesive bleed.

The 3M™ High-Performance Acrylate Adhesive 200MP is the preferred choice for graphic applications and industrial use. When used on plastics, this adhesive allows for initial repositioning of the bond. Even after exposure to moisture, heat or cold, this adhesive ensures secure bonds. Short-term temperature resistance up to 200 °C, excellent solvent resistance and outstanding shear strength to prevent slippage and delamination at the edges.
