Scotch® 27 Glass Fibre Tape, White, 19 mm x 20 m, 0.18 mm
Scotch® Glass Fibre Tape 27 withstands a breakdown voltage of 3,000 volts and, with a temperature resistance of up to 130 °C, belongs to insulation class B. It is therefore well suited for insulating electrical components that generate a great deal of heat and as a protective wrapping against heat radiation. Like all glass fabric tapes, it is particularly tear- and abrasion-resistant. This ensures long-lasting performance even under high mechanical stress, such as in electric motors. Thanks to its elasticity, the insulating tape—coated with a thermosetting rubber adhesive—adapts excellently to various substrates. At the same time, the printable fabric structure ensures excellent absorption of resins and varnishes.
3M™ 5413 High-Temperature Polyimide Adhesive Tape, Gold, 25.4 mm x 33 m, 68.58 µm
3M™ High-Temperature Polyimide Adhesive Tape 5413 is designed for masking printed circuit boards during the soldering process and for other low- and high-temperature applications, ranging from -73 °C to 260 °C. This brown adhesive tape, 68.58 µm thick, consists of a polyimide film with a silicone adhesive. Furthermore, the core of the roll is made of polyethylene rather than cardboard. The high temperature resistance of the silicone adhesive reduces adhesive leakage, eliminating the need for cleaning and thereby increasing productivity. The polyimide adhesive tape peels away from the surface with ease, as it does not soften at higher temperatures and retains its shape. Consequently, no post-processing, such as the removal of adhesive residues, is required. This adhesive tape can protect surfaces from the effects of chemicals and UV radiation. It is also flame-retardant.

3M™ High-Temperature Polyimide Adhesive Tape 5419, plastic core, brown, 609.6 mm x 33 m, 68.58 µm
"Thanks to technology specially developed by 3M, electrostatic discharge when removing the tape from the circuit board is extremely low. Conventional polyimide adhesive tapes can generate an electrostatic charge of more than 10,000 volts, which could damage the components on the circuit board. 3M Adhesive Tape 5419 solves this problem without the typical drawbacks of conventional ‘antistatic’ or ‘interference-free’ tapes (e.g. variable adhesive strength and opacity). “Halogen-free” refers to the definition set out by the International Electrotechnical Commission, IEC 61249-2-21, which specifies the following limits: Max. 900 ppm chlorine content, max. 900 ppm bromine content, max. 1,500 ppm halogen content
3M™ ET 40PR polyester film, antistatic, printed, transparent, 19 mm x 66 m x 0.06 mm
3M™ Antistatic Tape 40 consists of a transparent polyester film backing coated with a pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive. It generates only a minimal triboelectric charge when peeled from steel, at less than 50 volts. It therefore exhibits excellent antistatic properties. It is consequently suitable for sealing electrostatic-protective packaging and for general use in electrostatic-protected workplaces and areas. The antistatic tape is printed with an ESD marking on the adhesive side.
