3M™ Aluminium Adhesive Tape 433 is designed for edging, joining and sealing in various applications where high temperatures are a concern. This flexible soft aluminium tape is coated with a transparent silicone adhesive that bonds to a variety of challenging substrates and forms a strong, reliable bond even at high temperatures. This tape has a temperature resistance range of -54 °C to +316 °C. Furthermore, it meets the flame-retardant requirements of F.A.R. 25.853(a) and is a UL-recognised component (file number QQQW2.MH122798). Scotch® 24 Metal Wire Mesh Tubing, Silver, 25 mm x 30 m, 0.4 mm
The Scotch® Metal Wire Mesh Tubing 24 is made from 0.12 mm thick tinned copper wires. When laid flat, it forms a highly flexible conductive strip that conforms to any profile without creasing. Applying tension allows you to compact the mesh. It is therefore ideal for creating concentric shields, for potential control, and for establishing conductive connections. The metal mesh tape is flame-retardant and temperature-resistant up to 130 °C. Furthermore, it is resistant to oil, solvents, moisture, UV radiation and ozone. Due to the special mesh construction, different layers of the wire mesh tube interlock to form a tight wrap without the need for soldering.

3M™ EMC Copper Shielding Tape 1183 is a tin-coated copper foil with a conductive acrylic adhesive. The tin ensures particularly good solderability and is compatible with a wide range of base materials, such as galvanised steel, aluminium, and lead and tin alloys. Its excellent corrosion resistance and very good punchability significantly expand its range of applications. With an electrical resistance of five milliohms, the copper foil – which is just 0.066 millimetres thick – offers good conductivity and can be used not only for EMC applications but also for earthing and the dissipation of electrostatic charge. The tape is flame-retardant in accordance with UL 510 and its adhesive is resistant to solvents, ensuring long-term functionality.
