Cancellation policy

BORN GmbH operates a B2B-only store. This means that sales contracts are concluded exclusively with customers, and therefore only those customers who act as business entities in their dealings with the seller are invited to use the store and submit offers, or are to receive offers from BORN GmbH. Consumers are excluded from using the store.

A business operator, as defined in our Terms and Conditions, is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity. A consumer is any natural person who enters into or intends to enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.
