Strapping
Umreifungsbänder sind vielseitig einsetzbar und zählen heute zu den Standardprodukten für die Ladungssicherung. Sie bestehen aus Kunststoff und dienen insbesondere zur Sicherung von Packstücken auf Paletten, können aber auch für das Verschließen von Kartonagen oder das Bündeln einzelner, schwer handhabbarer Güter wie Rohre verwendet werden.
Die Bänder eignen sich für manuelle, halbautomatische und automatische Umreifung und passen sich durch ihre Flexibilität allen Verpackungsformen an, ohne diese zu beschädigen. So wird das Verschieben oder Umkippen von Produkten verhindert, was den Transport und die Lagerung erleichtert. Für die Auswahl des richtigen Umreifungsbandes sind Beschaffenheit des Packstückes (Form, Härte, Gewicht), Transportart, Transportweg und Art der Abbindung entscheidend.
Die Umreifungsbänder sind in verschiedenen Abmessungen, Stärken und Farben verfügbar, darunter Schwarz, Weiß sowie die nachhaltige grüne Variante für umweltbewusste Anwendungen.
