The 3M™ Protecta® Viper™ LT Travelling Lanyard is a lightweight fall arrest and restraint device featuring an automatic locking mechanism to ensure added safety. The 3M™ Protecta® Viper™ LT Travelling Lanyard acts as a restraint and fall arrest system and can be used in a wide range of vertical and horizontal applications. Thanks to the simple opening system, a user can move effortlessly along the 12.5 mm diameter rope of the 3M™ Protecta® Viper™ LT whilst working.
3M™ Protecta® Cobra™ Travelling fall arrest device with shock absorber, AC202/02
The 3M™ Protecta® Automatic Travelling Fall Arrest Device offers an automatic rope gripper with a carabiner connection or a fall arrestor with an automatic carabiner connection for use with approved 3-strand safety ropes. The Protecta® self-retracting fall arrest device automatically follows the user along the safety rope, offering maximum freedom of movement and hands-free operation. The device can also be manually positioned on the rope, making it ideal for both fall arrest and work positioning. It can be released or removed at any point along the safety rope. The self-retracting fall arrest device features a cam lever brake that holds the rope clamp in place on the safety rope in the event of a fall, whilst the integrated fall arrestor reduces the maximum arrest force on the worker in the event of a fall.
