Our transparent visor is moulded from polycarbonate and features an anti-fog and anti-scratch coating. Available as a replacement part to ensure adequate protection and comfort at all times. The 3M™ WP96 Safety Visor is a 2 mm thick, clear polycarbonate visor which, thanks to its dimensions and mechanical strength, provides optimum facial protection during mechanical work. 3M™ Series 5 Visor, Clear Polycarbonate, 5H
The 3M™ Series 5 Clear Visors are a range of polycarbonate, acetate and mesh visors that are certified to EN 166:2001 and EN 1731:2006 and provide protection against high-velocity particles and other hazards when working in industrial or forestry environments. These visors are designed for use with 3M™ SecureFit™ safety helmets X5000, X5500 and G3000 safety helmets, as well as the G500 headband. All transparent 3M™ Series 5 visors are certified to EN 166 and protect against hazards encountered in industrial settings, such as high-velocity particles, UV and infrared radiation, light from secondary welding, and splashes of liquids and molten metal. All 3M™ Series 5 mesh visors are certified to EN 1731:2006 and provide eye and face protection against flying wood chips and twigs. They also ensure a fog-free view and improved ventilation when working in challenging outdoor environments. Our range of clear, green and gold-tinted visors is available in curved or flat designs. They comply with optical class 1 and offer protection against high-velocity, medium-energy particles (120 m/s), classified as grade B, with the exception of the 5H, which offers protection against low-energy particles (45 m/s), classified as grade F, and the 5A-CPF, which offers protection against low-energy particles (45 m/s) and additionally meets the requirements for reprocessing at 55 °C and -5 °C, designated as Grade FT. The 5F-11, 5A-CPF and 5E-11 visors feature an anti-fog coating. * 3M visors are attached to 3M safety helmets using 3M visor holders and/or directly to the 3M headband. The 3M™ H8 Headgear Kit 12500-99999CP offers protection against impacts and liquid splashes. The headgear kit includes the 3M™ H8 headgear and a 3M™ WP96 series visor. The H8 headgear features a high-strength thermoplastic headband that ensures reliable impact protection across a wide temperature range. For improved fit and comfort, the headgear features a headband with five possible settings and a plastic headband with an adjustable Pinlock fastener. It also offers a unique system that allows the visor to be changed in a matter of seconds. The visor is made of 2–2.5 mm thick transparent polycarbonate and offers excellent protection.

The 3M™ Peltor™ 5B polyamide mesh visor offers effective protection and optimal visibility for unobstructed working. Weighing just 45 g, the visor is particularly lightweight and non-conductive. Light reduction is approximately 45 per cent. It bears the F marking and thus offers effective protection against particles and low-energy impacts (45 m/s) from the front and sides. The visor can be used both with the G500 face and hearing protection combination and, with the aid of the V5 headband, with the G3000 safety helmet.
