SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTS
Our journey towards sustainable, reusable and recyclable products began more than 20 years ago with the creation of our BSP Intelligent Kleben brand.
A wealth of ideas from our employees, combined with the fulfilment of individual customer requirements. Ideally with the help of adhesive tapes and packaging products that possess exceptional properties. The most sustainable use of materials possible, a high standard of quality and an excellent price- performance ratio.
The first products from the BSP Greenline series were soon successfully launched on the industrial market. 100% solvent-free adhesives combined with innovative, thinner yet highly tear-resistant films. Raw material savings and a 100% recyclable product portfolio. Outer packaging, labels and core tubes made from recycled paper, some of which comes from sustainable forestry. Short transport routes thanks to manufacturing and raw material sourcing from Germany and Central Europe.
The product range is constantly being expanded to include further adhesive tapes and
self-adhesive products.

Customizable printing.Sustainable premium PP adhesive tape made from recycled film, 100% recyclable, rolls off easily, total thickness: 53 myHigh-tear-strength film packaging tape made from 40–50% recycled PP film, unrolls easily, and features an extra adhesive coating for very high initial and final tack. BSP bionik 119 Verpackungsklebeband 50mm x 132m transparent "Standard Recyclingdruck"
Customizable printing.This sustainable PET adhesive tape is made from > 85% recycled PET bottles and is 100% recyclable. The BSP bionik 119 PET film packaging tape consists of over 85% recycled PET bottles and post-consumer material. This results in a reduction of over 48% in CO2 emissions compared to conventional packaging tapes. Despite its reduced thickness, the BSP bionik 119 packaging tape is just as tear-resistant as standard packaging tapes. The tape features a solvent-free rubber adhesive with high initial tack. The cardboard cores are made from 100% recycled paper. The packaging tape is 100% recyclable. Also available in a strictly neutral version for short-term delivery as standard. Price upon request.

Due to its high thickness of 95 my, it is suitable for heavy cardboard boxes and processing with packaging machines. Adhesive tape is 100% recyclable (cardboard outer packaging, labels, and roll cores made from recycled paper).

Customizable printing. The sustainable paper tape with plant-based adhesives.Brown kraft paper tape “Natur” with water-activated adhesive based on corn or potato starch. Due to its very strong adhesion to cardboard, the tape becomes one with the packaging and acts as a natural tamper-evident feature. Suitable for sealing heavy cardboard boxes using manual, semi-automatic, and electronic tabletop dispensers. Can be recycled along with the paper packaging. 100% recyclable.

An eco-friendly entry-level product, solvent-free and 100% recyclableBSP bionik 120 is a white paper packaging tape with a total thickness of 110 µm and a solvent-free rubber adhesive. The BSP bionik 120 packaging tape is 100% recyclable. It is possible to print on the BSP bionik 120 packaging tape, e.g. with your logo. Printing in up to three colours is possible.

The PET strapping is made from 100% PET bottles and is 100% recyclable.Green-embossed PET strapping is available in widths from 12 to 19 mm. With a core size of 406 mm, it is ideally suited for fully automatic machines and pallet strapping machines. Manual application using a dispenser trolley with battery-powered tensioning tools or sealing sleeves is also possible.
